The public website

zizr.com provides information about Zizr for stores and shoppers. Consumers can read information but cannot purchase or pay for a Zizr subscription on zizr.com.

The business price starts at USD 19 per month excluding VAT and is determined by the store’s order volume. It is offered only to business customers through Shopify App Store or a separate agreement.

Zizr-ID account

Zizr-ID is a free account for personal, advisory size recommendations. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for protecting access to your account and notifying us if you suspect misuse.

First name, birth year and email address are required. Optional gender information can improve recommendations but is not required. Purchase and return history from participating stores is necessary to provide the service and is connected using a hashed email address.

Recommendations and purchases

Size and fit are personal and product-specific. Zizr recommendations are guidance, not a guarantee that a product will fit. You always choose the size yourself.

Any purchase, return, product claim, delivery and payment is between you and the relevant online store. That store’s terms and mandatory consumer law apply to the purchase.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape protected account data, introduce malicious code or use the service in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Newsletter

The Zizr newsletter is optional and requires a separate selection. You can unsubscribe at any time through account settings or the link in each email without losing access to Zizr-ID.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, security events and third-party services can cause interruptions. We may change features where needed for security, legal compliance or service development.

If a material change negatively affects an active consumer agreement, we will provide notice where required and preserve any mandatory termination rights.

Account termination and deletion

You may delete your account in Zizr-ID at any time. When deletion is confirmed, the account, profile and connected purchase history are deleted immediately throughout the Zizr solution. We may suspend an account for serious misuse, security risk or legal necessity.

Intellectual property

Zizr’s software, design, brand and website content are protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the consumer service for its intended purpose. Mandatory rights to quote, link or otherwise use content remain unaffected.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Zizr is not responsible for a store’s product, fulfilment or return decision, and an advisory recommendation does not replace your own size choice.

For the free service, Zizr is liable within the limits permitted by mandatory law. Any limitation is inapplicable to intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or other liability that law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law and disputes

Norwegian law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your habitual residence. You may bring a claim in any court available under mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. We do not link to the former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform because it was discontinued in 2025.
